THE CONTEXT
Buenísimo is a family-run business with the mission to bring entrepreneurial and educational opportunities to artisans living in Guatemala. ATC Studio was brought on to rebrand Buenísimo and give them a richer, stronger brand identity that could be used across their website, socials, and at in-person trade shows.

THE CONCEPT
ATC Studio conceptualized and designed two new logos for Buenísimo to use for product tags and merchandise. ATC Studio helped refine Buenísimo’s original logo, designed by Elyse Keeler, one of the members of Buenísimo’s team.

THE PROCESS
The secondary logo and submark logo were based on the motifs of Guatemala present in the original design. Colors were rechosen and inspired by the colors of Guatemalan building paints. The line work was drawn from the three primary volcanoes active in Guatemala that hold significance to locals.

This new brand helped Buenísimo get into the LA Women’s Expo on scholarship, and continues to support their brand at markets.
